Our spring season kicks off bright and early in the morning! The Wolf Pack is first off the #1 tee at 6:45a PT for round one at PGA West’s Norman Course. If you’re in town, Tuesday would be a great day to come watch golf!

Tuesday, February 17 - Round 2 off #10 Tee

We will begin on #10 at 11:00a PT with players teeing off in order of round one scores.

Monte Chumchaivate will tee it up as an individual this week. He’s on the #1 tee at 9:30a PT on Monday morning.

We have so many people who make trips like these possible, and we appreciate it! We were able to come down to the desert a couple days early to enjoy a couple rounds in the warm sunshine before our practice round on Sunday. The highlight of our trip so far was Liam Gobin’s first career ace on Hole #8 from 153 yards with a 9-iron!

This year’s golf outing will take place again at Montreux on Monday, September 21st with an early afternoon shotgun and dinner after. Last year we secured 20 teams and raised $110,000 for our program. This event is crucial for us to raise additional scholarship funds under the new landscape of college athletics - we do not use it for revenue share or NIL. Our goal this year is 25+ teams and $125,000+!

If you played in last year’s event, please invite a friend or two who missed out to join us this time around! We want to bring back as many former players as we can so call up an old teammate! If you have ideas on how to make this event even bigger and better, please reach out and share them directly with me! We are excited to have our team out amongst the groups again for a great day of FUNdraising.

Riki Matsumoto lands at #7 on this weeks updated rankings. The Pathway to Progression is part of the PGA Tour’s development program to provide opportunities to underclassmen with diverse backgrounds.

The top 15 ranked players at season’s end will receive various training camp and tournament exemptions to help foster development into a professional golf career.

A last-minute chance to play the Old Course came across my desk a couple weeks ago, and wanted to pass it along to our followers. This is a premium tour with accommodations at the luxurious Manor Home at Fairmont St. Andrews. The deadline for commitment is less than a week away. Tee times for the Old Course are currently full through the return of The Open in 2027.
