Pack Golf Finishes Top 5 at Mountain West Championships + NCAA Selection Show

Pack Nine News

Nevada Men’s Golf Supporters,

The Pack returned home today after finishing up the Mountain West Championships at Emerald Valley. A strong final round moved us up to a tie for 5th in the 11-team field while also passing UNLV to snag a Silver State Series victory for the Wolf Pack. Graduating senior Keita Okada led the team this weekend with an even par total for the tournament.

Our 5th place MWC finish is an improvement over last season’s 9th place finish, and we are likely to finish this year ranked over 40 spots better nationally. With a majority of our roster returning next year, we have sights set on making a run while hosting an NCAA Regional at Montrêux Golf & Country Club in May of 2025!

Pack Nine Tour

Our final spring Pack Nine Tour stop at Washoe on Wednesday, May 1 is full! Each event has been more successful than the previous, and we appreciate all of you who have taken the time to come out and play a few holes with the guys! We will soon be working to schedule dates for our fall stops and will share those as they are finalized. Sponsorships are still available and will continue until the end of 2024.

NCAA Regionals

While the team fell short of an NCAA Regional bid, Enrique Dimayuga will find out his individual destination on Wednesday, May 1. You are invited to join the team for the Selection Show watch party at 10:45am at Washoe! The show begins at 11:00am on the Golf Channel.
