We Need Volunteers! NCAA Regional Golf Tournament at Montreux: May 11-14, 2025

Nevada Men’s Golf Supporters,

We’re thrilled to announce that Montreux Golf & Country Club has been selected as one of the six host sites for the NCAA Division I Regional Men’s Golf Tournament in May.

This prestigious honor reflects the growing prominence of Nevada’s golf community and follows the NCAA’s decision to allow championship events in states with legalized sports betting.

Event Details:

• Dates: May 11–14, 2025

• Location: Montreux Golf & Country Club, Reno, NV

• Format: Top 5 teams and the low individual player from this regional will advance to the NCAA Division I Finals at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA (May 23–28, 2025).

• Other Regional Sites: Illinois’ Atkins Golf Club, Auburn University's Golf Club, Florida State's Seminole Legacy Golf Club, Liberty's Poplar Grove Golf Course, and Washington's Gold Mountain Golf Club.

Montreux will welcome some of the nation’s best collegiate golfers for this thrilling event.

Calling All Volunteers!

To ensure the success of this tournament, we need the support of our incredible Reno community. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with a variety of roles, including:

• Walking Scorers (one for each group)

• Shuttle Drivers

• Course Marshals

• Spotters

• Pace of Play Marshals

• Player Snack Station Volunteers

• 1st and 10th Tee Starters

Volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved in the golf community, meet fellow enthusiasts, and experience NCAA-level golf up close.

All Volunteers will be provided a uniform (Polo) to wear each day they volunteer and will be given one lunch per volunteer day.
